Felting Tutorial | Apple

My kids start back to school on Monday! They are so excited to see their friends and teachers. I am so excited to be able to clean my house and have it stay clean for longer than a few minutes. 😉

What’s a better icon for back-to-school than a red apple?

Okay, maybe a red apple AND a yellow number 2 pencil. 🙂

Do you want to learn how to make a needle felted apple?

Check out the tutorial below.

What can you do with needle felted apples?

My personal favorite use for needle felted… anything, really… is in newborn photography.

Here she is in use. Photograph by my good friend, Josh, from Josh Astor Portrait Designs.

I also like to add felted items in with my home decor. You could make a whole bowl full to have on display during September. (Swap them out for felted pumpkins in October. You can find my felted pumpkin tutorial here)
