I have been intrigued by art and artists as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t until my mid-twenties that I picked up a paintbrush. I started with oils and quickly fell in love with the process of oil painting. When I started having babies, though, I needed something safer and with easier cleanup. I began using acrylics. There are definite pros and cons about each medium. Lately, I have been experimenting with watercolors, which has been incredibly satisfying.
