I just realized that I am a day (almost two) late on my post a week goal.  My husband was out of town last week on business.  So, I was a single mommy all 24 hours of every day, not just during work hours.  I still worked on projects, though. Let me show you what I’ve been working on this past week.

I started a new painting- a commissioned painting- the first commissioned painting since before babies were born

I made a wedding cake.  

I also made an apron.  I’ll take pictures of that and post them tomorrow.  I was doing dishes or cleaning the house, or maybe it was when I was working on the wedding cake, while Mike was gone.  I realized that I NEED an apron.  I have made many for other people, but not for myself.  So, I made one.  And, I like it.  🙂
