I’ve seen these crocheted baby flip flops around the interwebs and thought it’d be fun to try to make some. 

I know there are lots of patterns out there, but I actually prefer to just figure it out on my own.  I know how to make a sole– the rest just requires a little tinkering and deciding what looks best. 

I made these in the same color combination as this hat, but realized afterward that they would probably never be worn together (wrong seasons, duh!).  I’ll make a little baseball cap to go with them, I think.

There are so many possibilities with crochet… I love it!
